Summary
S.1551 is the Senate version of HR3205 and would restrict the use of any Federal money including in the form of subsidies and tax breaks for the purpose of gender affirming care for Transgender people. The bill also includes a line stating that "The term ‘medical care’ does not include any gender transition procedure."
