Ohio House Bill 289

LOVEboldly Stance: MONITORING*

*House Bill 289 deals with the sentencing and classification of certain criminal offenders, including sex offenders. Some of the language in the bill mirrors language we've seen in book bans, drag bans, and other harmful bills in Ohio and elsewhere in the United States. For that reason, LOVEboldly is currently monitoring the bill, without taking a stance on it at this time.
