Summary
HB370 would outlaw abortion in all cases except where there is a danger to the mother and all attempts to save the fetus have been exhausted. It also prohibits "pregnant mothers from being pressured to abort by repealing provisions that may otherwise allow a person to direct, advise, encourage, or solicit a mother to abort her child."
Status
HB370 was introduced in the House on June 18, 2025. It has not been assigned to a committee.
