Ron James

Ron is a creative professional living in the Cincinnati area with over 25 years of experience in storytelling, strategy, and community engagement. With a background in design and marketing, he has worked with National brands, and public figures. Ron has also been an impactful part of multiple large and small nonprofit organizations.

In addition to corporate experiences, Ron has found some of his most meaningful work helping startups and small businesses find their values and tools for growth. He is passionate about using his creative and problem solving strengths to build inclusive, affirming spaces and strengthen connections across diverse communities.
