Executive Orders

Demonstrating a lack of understanding about the difference between "gender" and "sex,"this EO limits federal recognition to two "genders" - male and female. This EO also requires Transgender people to be housed and accommodated in single-gender facilities based on their sex assigned at birth across all federal programs including in single-sex prisons. The EO further restricts Transgender people from updating their passports and other federal identification to reflect their gender or to us an "X" gender marker.

Bans DEIA programs throughout the federal government.

Prohibits the use of "DEIA policies" in federal hiring or employee evaluations.

Bans Transgender people from serving in the US military.

Bans the use of DEI policies in the US military.

Restricts gender-affirming care for people under the age of 19.

Seeks to end DEIA services and curricula in US public schools.

Withdraws the United States from the UN Human Rights Council and questions the US's involvement in and funding of UNESCO.

Bans the participation of Transgender women and girls in women's sports.

Creates a commission, led by the Attorney General, to address anti-Christian bias in the United States.
