Pride in GC
It shall be our purpose to make Grove City and its surrounding communities, the body politic and its elected officials responsive to, and responsible for, the needs of all people, particularly, though not exclusively, the LGBTQIA community.
We have formed PRIDE IN GC to recognize the growing awareness within our community that lesbians, gay people, bisexuals, transgender, queer/questioning, intersex, and asexual people (LGBTQIA+) should be fully and equally represented both in the community and within its government. PRIDE IN GC is open to all people who subscribe to our goals and purposes regardless of their sexual orientation.
We shall seek to eliminate discrimination based upon real or perceived sexual orientation, gender
identity/expression, race, age, and/or disability; promote freedom of choice and human and civil rights; and further economic and social justice for all people.
