Rev. Benjamin Perry

Rev. Benjamin Perry is the author of Cry, Baby: Why Our Tears Matter. An award-winning writer, his work has appeared in outlets like The Atlantic, Slate, The Washington Post, Vice, Bustle, Sojourners, Religion News Service and more. Cry, Baby received a 2023 Choice Award for non-fiction, and has been praised in wide-ranging publications, from NPR to the CBC, Vox, Ten Percent Happier, and The Atlantic. He serves as Consulting Minister for Public Theology at Middle Church, Editorial Director of Garrett Evangelical Theological Seminary, and is birthing a variety of storytelling projects in his home state of Maine.
